What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and transmit accurate, compliant Customs entries.
- Classify goods under the HTSUS with a focus on accuracy and long-term compliance.
- Review and validate import documentation (commercial invoices, BOLs, COO, PGA data, etc.).
- Process ISFs, Post Summary Corrections, and Protests.
- Communicate with CBP, importers, carriers, and partners to resolve issues quickly.
- Stay ahead of changing tariffs, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Learn how Customs decisions impact business risk and client operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Customs brokerage or entry writing experience.
- Working knowledge of HTS classification and CBP entry processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator and proactive problem solver.
- Motivated to learn, grow, and build a career in Customs compliance.
